Delegate access: Levels of permission

When you invite a delegate, Cyber Grapes offers permission levels that control how much of the account they can see and change. Exact labels can vary slightly in the product UI.

Common levels

• Products - manage selected products (open control panels, basic settings) without full billing or account closure rights.
• Products + Domains - product access plus domain portfolio tasks you allow (DNS, forwarding, and similar).
• Account Access / Full - broader help across the account, still short of becoming the owner. Billing and ownership-sensitive actions may stay restricted.

Delegates never replace the account owner for legal ownership of domains or for closing the customer account.
