I forgot my username

Your Cyber Grapes username is the login name tied to your customer account. If you normally sign in with email or a social login, you may not use a separate username day to day, but recovery tools can still surface it.

1. Open the Cyber Grapes Sign In page from cybergrapes.com.
2. Choose the link for forgotten username or account recovery (wording may say Forgot Username).
3. Enter the email address on the account profile.
4. Follow the message we send. It typically includes your username or a path back into the account.
5. If you shopped with a customer number only, check old receipts or welcome emails for the Customer #.
