Accept a domain account transfer

When another Cyber Grapes customer sends you a domain, you must accept before it appears in your portfolio.

1. Sign in to the receiving Cyber Grapes account.
2. Open notifications or the Domains area and find the pending account transfer.
3. Review the domain name and the sender’s details.
4. Select Accept. Decline if you did not expect the move.
5. Confirm the domain now lists under your Domain Portfolio.
