Add Microsoft 365 user email accounts
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to add Microsoft 365 user email accounts for Microsoft 365. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select Microsoft 365 and Manage.
- Locate the control or wizard for microsoft 365 user email accounts inside Email & Office Dashboard.
- Fill in the required fields carefully. Double-check domain names, emails, and file paths.
- Confirm any warnings about downtime or DNS, then apply the change for Microsoft 365.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
