Enable or disable security defaults
Follow these Domain Striker steps to enable or disable security defaults for Microsoft 365. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Domain Striker, open My Products, then select Microsoft 365 and Manage.
- Open security settings for Microsoft 365 in Email & Office Dashboard.
- Turn the security feature on or off as needed, then follow prompts to register an authenticator app or phone method.
- Keep a backup method on file so you can recover access if you lose the primary device.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
