Create or edit a contact group
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to create or edit a contact group for Professional Email powered by Titan. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select Professional Email and Manage.
- Locate the control or wizard for or edit a contact group inside Professional Email / Titan webmail.
- Fill in the required fields carefully. Double-check domain names, emails, and file paths.
- Confirm any warnings about downtime or DNS, then apply the change for Professional Email powered by Titan.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
