Generate a CSR (certificate signing request)
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to generate a CSR (certificate signing request) for SSL certificate. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select your SSL certificate and Manage.
- Select the certificate or SSL tool for the domain on your SSL certificate plan.
- Complete domain validation (DNS TXT, CNAME, or HTTP file) exactly as shown.
- Install or assign the certificate to the site, then force HTTPS or redirect HTTP if your plan offers that toggle.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
