Verify domain ownership (DNS or HTML) for my SSL certificate

Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to verify domain ownership (DNS or HTML) for my SSL certificate for SSL certificate. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.

  1. Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select your SSL certificate and Manage.
  2. Open the domain's DNS settings (Domain Portfolio → DNS) or the DNS tools inside the product wizard.
  3. Add or edit the records SSL certificate shows for verify domain ownership (dns or html) for my ssl certificate.
  4. Copy values exactly (host, type, priority, and TXT strings). Save, then wait for propagation.
  5. Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
