Setup PHP error logging
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to setup PHP error logging for Web Hosting (cPanel). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Web Hosting plan, then choose cPanel Admin (or Manage).
- In cPanel, open MultiPHP, PHP Selector, or PHP Settings for the domain.
- Adjust the version or ini values required for this task, then Apply.
- Reload the site and check error logs if pages fail after the change.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
