Allow or block website access
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to allow or block website access for Website Security and Backups. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select Website Security (or Backups) and Manage.
- Go to the sign-in page for Website Security and Backups (webmail, Office, or the Cyber Grapes product link).
- Enter your username or full email address and password. Complete MFA if prompted.
- For sign-out-all-devices style tasks, use the security page to end other sessions, then sign in again on devices you trust.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
