Configure my SSL certificate to work with the Web Application Firewall (WAF)

Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to configure my SSL certificate to work with the Web Application Firewall (WAF) for Website Security and Backups. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.

  1. Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select Website Security (or Backups) and Manage.
  2. Select the certificate or SSL tool for the domain on your Website Security and Backups plan.
  3. Complete domain validation (DNS TXT, CNAME, or HTTP file) exactly as shown.
  4. Install or assign the certificate to the site, then force HTTPS or redirect HTTP if your plan offers that toggle.
  5. Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
