Configure DNS for domains in my Windows Hosting
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to configure DNS for domains in my Windows Hosting for Windows Hosting (Plesk). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Windows Hosting plan, then choose Plesk Admin (or Manage).
- Open the domain's DNS settings (Domain Portfolio → DNS) or the DNS tools inside the product wizard.
- Add or edit the records Windows Hosting (Plesk) shows for configure dns for domains in my windows hosting.
- Copy values exactly (host, type, priority, and TXT strings). Save, then wait for propagation.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
