Enable custom PHP modules
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to enable custom PHP modules for Windows Hosting (Plesk). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Windows Hosting plan, then choose Plesk Admin (or Manage).
- In Plesk, open the subscription or domain that should receive this change.
- Use the Plesk feature for custom php modules (Mail, Databases, SSL/TLS, File Manager, or PHP settings).
- Apply the change, then check the site or mailbox from an external network.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
