Fix a WordPress internal server error
Use this Cyber Grapes checklist to fix a WordPress internal server error on WordPress. Confirm access and recent changes first, then apply the targeted fix before you rewrite DNS or rebuild the site.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select the hosting plan that holds your WordPress site, then open WordPress or visit yoursite.com/wp-admin.
- Confirm you are signed in to the correct Cyber Grapes account and that the product shows as Active.
- Reproduce the issue once while noting the exact error text, browser, and device.
- Confirm the domain points to the correct hosting IP or nameservers and that the document root or app is online.
- Check recent changes: password resets, DNS edits, plugin or theme updates, SSL installs, or forwarding rules.
- Apply the fix that matches the error (restore a setting, correct DNS, clear cache, or reset credentials for WordPress).
- Retest in a private browser window. If the problem remains, gather screenshots and contact support.
Note: Avoid deleting DNS records or databases while troubleshooting. Export or screenshot first so you can roll back.
