Close my account

Closing a Cyber Grapes customer account is permanent. Move or cancel products first so domains and email are not stranded.

1. Inventory My Products. Transfer domains you want to keep, cancel subscriptions, and download any data you need.
2. Turn off auto-renew on remaining items or delete products you no longer want.
3. Remove delegates and update WHOIS contacts if names still point at your organization.
4. Contact Cyber Grapes support at 763-CGRAPES (763-247-2737) to request account closure, or use the in-account close option if shown.
5. Complete any ownership verification the agent requires.

If you only need to stop billing, canceling individual subscriptions is usually enough.
