Delete products in my Cyber Grapes account

Removing a product cancels future service for that item. Domains, hosting, and email each have different consequences, so read on-screen warnings before you confirm.

1. Sign in and open My Products.
2. Select the product to remove.
3. Choose Delete, Cancel, or Remove as offered for that product type.
4. Confirm any backup, DNS, or email impacts listed on the confirmation screen.
5. Complete identity checks if Domain Protection or account security requires them.

Refunds follow product terms. Closing every product is different from closing the customer account entirely.
