Invite a delegate to access my Cyber Grapes account
Delegate access lets a trusted person help manage products on your Cyber Grapes account without sharing your password.
Tip: Give the lowest permission level that still lets the helper finish the job. You can raise or remove access later.
- Sign in to your Cyber Grapes account and open the account menu.
- Choose Delegate Access (wording may say Shared Access or Account Access).
- Select Invite a Delegate / Invite Someone.
- Enter the helper’s email address. They need their own Cyber Grapes login to accept.
- Pick a permission level (products only, products plus domains, or full account help as offered on screen).
- Optionally limit which products or folders they can touch, then send the invite.
- Ask your helper to check email and accept the invitation while signed in to their own account.
After acceptance, the delegate appears in your list. Their actions still show under your customer ID for support and security reviews.
