Request a refund from Cyber Grapes

Refund eligibility depends on the product, how recently you purchased it, and whether registry or third-party fees are refundable. Many domain registrations are non-refundable after a short window.

1. Sign in and locate the purchase under billing history / receipts.
2. Open the product and look for a cancel or refund path if one is offered in-product.
3. If no self-serve option appears, call 763-CGRAPES (763-247-2737) with your customer ID and order details.
4. Ask the agent which refund policy applies to that SKU and whether a partial credit is available.

Keep screenshots of error conditions if you are requesting a refund because a product never activated.
