Request access to another person's Cyber Grapes account

If you need to help someone else’s Cyber Grapes account, you can request delegate access. The owner must approve before you see their products.

1. Sign in with your own Cyber Grapes account.
2. Open Delegate Access.
3. Choose Request Access (or similar).
4. Enter the owner’s Customer # or username if prompted, plus a short note about why you need access.
5. Submit the request and wait for the owner to approve and set a permission level.
6. After approval, open the shared account from your delegate list.
