Transfer my domain to another Cyber Grapes account

An account change moves a domain from one Cyber Grapes customer account to another without leaving Cyber Grapes. Both parties usually need to participate.

1. Sign in on the account that currently owns the domain.
2. Open the domain in the Domain Portfolio and choose the transfer / change account option.
3. Enter the receiving customer’s Customer # or email as prompted.
4. Complete any Domain Protection or identity checks.
5. Ask the recipient to accept the pending transfer from their account notifications or Domains list.

After acceptance, DNS and product connections stay in place unless you change them.
