Set up my Microsoft 365 email account
Finish Microsoft 365 workspace setup so your Cyber Grapes domain can send and receive business email.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, then select Microsoft 365 and Manage.
- Run the setup wizard and create your first admin or user mailbox with a strong password.
- When prompted, update the domain MX, TXT (SPF), and Autodiscover or DKIM records in Cyber Grapes DNS.
- Wait for DNS to propagate, then sign in at Outlook on the web.
- Send a test message to an external address and confirm delivery.
Tip: Only one mail provider should own MX for the domain. Remove old MX records from a previous host.
