Set up my multi-factor authentication method
Follow these Domain Striker steps to set up your multi-factor authentication method for Microsoft 365. Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Domain Striker, open My Products, then select Microsoft 365 and Manage.
- Open security settings for Microsoft 365 in Email & Office Dashboard.
- Turn the security feature on or off as needed, then follow prompts to register an authenticator app or phone method.
- Keep a backup method on file so you can recover access if you lose the primary device.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
