Get [email protected] for cards, signs, and MLS
Professional Email lets you use an address on your own domain ([email protected]) instead of a free webmail address. Set the mailbox up yourself in My Products, then put that address on business cards, yard signs, and your MLS or brokerage profile.
Before you start
- You need a domain in your Cyber Grapes account (or one you can point with DNS). Register one here: Domain Registration.
- Shop Professional Email here: Professional Email. Product overview: Professional Email for Realtors.
Set it up yourself
- Follow Set up Professional Email powered by Titan to create the mailbox and apply the MX/TXT records shown for your domain.
- Add the inbox to your phone and computer with Set up Professional Email powered by Titan on my phone and computer. Optional mobile app steps: Install the Titan app for iOS and Android.
- Build a signature that shows your name, phone, and site with Create my email signature.
Note: Mail delivery depends on the DNS records Titan shows for your domain. If Cyber Grapes nameservers are active, edit those records in the Cyber Grapes DNS editor. Allow time for DNS to settle (often within about an hour; up to 48 hours) before you assume something failed. See also What are my DNS settings for Professional Email powered by Titan?

- Yard signs and flyers
- Your MLS or brokerage agent profile fields that accept an email address
- Buyer and seller communication so replies land in your Cyber Grapes mailbox
