Create an admin user in the WordPress database
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to create a admin user in the WordPress database for Web Hosting (cPanel). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Web Hosting plan, then choose cPanel Admin (or Manage).
- Open the WordPress admin (wp-admin) for the site on your Cyber Grapes Web Hosting (cPanel) plan.
- Go to the menu that matches this task (Plugins, Appearance → Themes, WooCommerce, or Settings).
- Complete the on-screen fields for admin user in the wordpress database, then save and clear any caching layer if the site uses one.
- Save your changes, then verify the result (site load, mailbox login, certificate padlock, or app sync).
Tip: DNS and SSL changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to show everywhere. Test again after propagation before assuming the change failed.
