Find your database hostname
Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to find your database hostname for Web Hosting (cPanel). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Web Hosting plan, then choose cPanel Admin (or Manage).
- Open MySQL Databases, Databases, or Connection Info.
- Copy the hostname shown (often localhost on shared hosting, or a specific host string on managed platforms).
- Paste that value into your app configuration or wp-config.php DB_HOST setting.
