My website isn't displaying

When a Cyber Grapes hosted site will not load, isolate DNS, hosting, and application errors in order.

1. Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Web Hosting plan, then choose cPanel Admin (or Manage).
2. Confirm the hosting plan is active and the domain is assigned to the correct document root.
3. Check DNS A/CNAME or nameservers point at this hosting.
4. Review error logs and recent deploys, plugin updates, or .htaccess/web.config edits.
5. Restore a known-good backup if the app is crashing, then retest.
