Follow these Cyber Grapes steps to software versions installed on Web Hosting (cPanel), Windows Hosting (Plesk), and Managed Hosting for WordPress accounts for Windows Hosting (Plesk). Keep credentials handy, save your work, and allow time for DNS or publish changes before you retest.
- Sign in to Cyber Grapes, open My Products, select your Windows Hosting plan, then choose Plesk Admin (or Manage).
- Open the WordPress admin (wp-admin) for the site on your Cyber Grapes Windows Hosting (Plesk) plan.
- Go to the menu that matches this task (Plugins, Appearance → Themes, WooCommerce, or Settings).
- Complete the on-screen fields for software versions installed on web hosting (cpanel), windows hosting (plesk), and managed hosting for wordpress accounts, then save and clear any caching layer if the site uses one.
