Regain access to my domain or my Cyber Grapes account
Use this path when you cannot sign in, a former helper left, or a domain sits in an account you no longer control.
If you still have an email on the account
- Reset the password and complete 2-step verification with a method you control.
- Remove or update delegates you no longer trust.
- Update the profile email and verification phone so recovery stays with you.
If you lost every login method
- Gather proof of ownership: government ID matching registrant contacts, recent billing statements, and domain auth details when relevant.
- Call Cyber Grapes support at 763-CGRAPES (763-247-2737) and ask for account recovery.
- Follow any written verification steps support sends before access is restored.
If the domain is elsewhere
- Request an account change of ownership or transfer into your Cyber Grapes account when the current owner cooperates.
- For disputes, registries and ICANN processes may apply. Support can explain options for your TLD.
Tip: Turn on 2-step verification after you regain access so the same lockout is harder to repeat.
