Reset my Cyber Grapes password

If you cannot sign in, reset the Cyber Grapes password from the login screen. You will need access to the email or phone on the account.

1. Go to the Cyber Grapes sign-in page and choose Forgot password? (or similar reset link).
2. Enter the username, customer number, or the email address on the account.
3. Follow the prompt to receive a reset link or code by email or SMS.
4. Open the message, complete the verification step, and create a new password that meets the strength requirements shown on screen.
5. Sign in with the new password. If 2SV is enabled, finish that challenge as usual.
